I love wearing in new heels on the weekends. When you buy new heels, you should always wear them around for a couple of days before you wear them to work. Every lady knows that. You don’t want to show up for work not having worn your shoes before, and do that awkward my-feet-hurt-but-I-don’t-want-to-take-my-heels-off walk. That looks idiotic, and I’ve seen that walk many times.
I have an interview tomorrow, and needed new interview shoes (which are adorable of course), so naturally I bought them yesterday and have been wearing them while doing stuff around the house. Side note: I am in the process of breaking up with my current temp agency and starting with a new one. I think it’s a good move for me, and this temp agency will hopefully help me break into the Marketing field (keep your fingers crossed for me).
Nothing makes you feel sexier than wearing (new) heels with gym shorts. It’s all funky up top, then chic down below. Do yourselves a favor, ladies (or fellas… if you’re into that kind of thing, no judgement here). Just wear your heels around and you will instantly feel better about yourself. Wear them while doing the dishes, doing the laundry, or putting up groceries. It will become more of a sexy chore instead of just something you need to cross off your to-do list. You don’t even need to be wearing them in. However, a word of caution: maybe take off your heels before carrying your laundry up and down the stairs. It could be potentially dangerous. Thank God I only fell up the stairs.
